"Do NOT use Surgi’s AC (Southern Air)!! They are crooks and totally wasted my time and I’m still waiting for them to refund my money. Eddie gave me a quote to move my condenser, $3763 but I could get a $513 “discount” for getting a membership with them ($239 for 2 AC PM’s a year) which came out to $3249. So I paid $239 to get membership and then they send a new quote and voila! No discount. They also charged me $89 for “service call” to come give me estimate to do work which they didn’t tell me about when I called. (My unit wasn’t broken, I just wanted it relocated in my yard.) Then no one will return my calls for two days!!! I finally got through to a manager (“we do honor our quotes, we just had a glitch in the system”) and I should be getting a refund after almost a week and half a dozen unanswered calls. Stay away!"

"Couldn’t tell me what was definitively wrong with my AC but still charged me the diagnostic and small repair fee. Came up with a price for the actual job without knowing how much the part cost. They can’t explain what a small repair is either. Only reason they didn’t get 1 star is because the guy was on time."

"A very professional painting crew. Mr. Galan was a very honest professional contractor when he came out and gave me a bid for the painting of the exterior of my home. He suggested different colors that I would like. He steered me in the correct way to make my home, be very appealing when it was finished, and the workmanship was impeccable, I cannot say more positive things about him.
