They didn?t show up at the agreed time and rescheduled last minute to an earlier slot, which was very inconvenient. I requested WASP and mosquito control, prioritizing the wasps due to several visible nests around my property. Instead, I was charged over $200 for mosquito misting, which didn?t address the wasp issue. When I called to follow up, I was told the technician didn?t find any nests (despite visible ones everywhere), and that the mosquito misting would handle the wasps. A week later, I?m still getting bitten by mosquitoes, and the wasp nests are still all over the property. I felt dismissed and that my concerns weren?t taken seriously. Would not recommend."

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
