"We hired Sonia Jimenez from Topview Design Solutions after being recommended by our contractor and, from the very first meeting, we felt she was the right designer to execute our ideas professionally. The project involved moving one of the exterior walls of our house to line up with an exterior corridor to create the space for a bigger kitchen. The one caveat was that we wanted the final look to blend seamlessly with the rest of the house and not to look like an addition. Sonia designed the space after taking all this into consideration and drafted the necessary permit drawings. The final product is great: the house looks like it was built originally the way it looks now but more attractive and stylish, and our kitchen is really what they called a chef kitchen with estate of the art appliances and beautiful cabinets and finishes. Sonia is very efficient, well-organized, and a talented designer who really took the time to listen and get to know us. "HomeTech remodeled our kitchen and Master Suite in our newly purchased home. We cannot write enough words about how happy we are with the results. Moses and his team were a pleasure to work with. Everyone on the team was very professional in their field. Starting with the design, we received multiple great suggestions for the new kitchen layout and master suit which involved building small addition of ~100sf so we were able to accommodate “real” master bathroom and walking closet . We did go little over our original budget as we haven’t realized current cost of cabinets and stone and didn’t want compromised on quality and style but overall, the money was well spent . The project was completed earlier than anticipated and the result exceeded our expectations. We loved the amazing tiling work in our bathroom and we appreciate attention to details not only from project manager, designers and foreman but from the workers too. "Lois spent hours with me at a local furniture store, helping me choose furniture that would fit our living room. She patiently listened to my concerns and gently encouraged me to try something different from my original twenty-year old furniture. I loved how she offered new ideas, yet she was sensitive to my hesitations. She managed to figure out a way to please both my husband and me - he has a Mission style leather recliner that he loves, and I have the world's most comfortable chair. <br /> <br /> She also advised me on all the finishes in our home, from tile to paint to door styles. Again, she helped me to move from my twenty-year old country style to a more transitional presentation. The result is wonderful. We love the calming color palette she designed, and especially like how she worked with much loved art pieces, using them as a focal point in the decoration. <br /> <br /> Lois knows her stuff, but she also knows how to listen to her customers. Her mantra is, "You have to love it!" When she showed me a fabric that didn't wow me, she would easily move on, confident that we would find something that would work for our family. I never felt rushed or belittled; she really wanted to know what I wanted and then worked until I did love what we chose.
