The pop-up heads needed to be adjusted and aimed, as well as some drip emitters might have needed to be reconnected or perhaps replaced. Instead, I was given an estimate on replacing all of the popups. When I said that I did not want to replace the popups (which all worked), I got a different, even more expensive bid, which included replacing all of the drip irrigation. Instead of getting a bid to do what I wanted, Gelacio gave me a bid for what he wanted to do, ignoring what I asked for."
