"The crew pulled out old carpet and hardwood and replaced it with new hardwood. This included a stairway. The crew did a high quality job. When we found a couple problems, which may or may not have been due to their work, they corrected them quickly and without any hassle -- very responsive. They were punctual and communicated well. One lesson we learned was to take care in selecting the new type of wood. After placing the order, we realized that the new wood would clash with some existing window trim. If Clark's also did window replacement, we'd use them for that too. I guess that will be our next project. :-) We didn't shop around for the best price, so I don't know how they compare to others in that regard. We'll use Clark's if and when we have more hardwood flooring needs."

"I really can't praise David Bautista enough. He was a true professional, knew exactly what I wanted, was punctual, efficient, considerate, and completed the work in the time he estimated. I felt there was nothing he didn't know about wood floors. I'd hire him again in a moment."

"I had already visited 3 hardwood floor businesses, and still wasn’t sure what kind of floor I desired and didn’t receive much help. I had read reviews on all 3 companies. I went back on Yelp and read about 5 star flooring. The reviews were very impressive, almost too good to be true, so I decided to make a visit. The owner of the business, Joe, was there when I arrived. He was very welcoming and listened to my concerns about what I expected in my new wood. He then walked me over to the bamboo wood and I absolutely fell in love with it. He sent out an estimator the next day and got back to me within a few days with a bid. Truth be told, I was shocked to see how reasonable it was, compared to my other bid. After the wood came in his crew started work right away. These 3 men were very professional, answered any questions I had during the process with patience, worked very long hours and left everything tidy when they left. They did a beautiful job with the installation. One thing I would like to add is there was minor damage to an area of the house and I emailed Joe about it. He came out to the house right away and had it repaired the same day. I am very happy with 5 Star Flooring, and would definitely recommend them. I encourage everyone to get their 3 bids in, then save the best for last “5 Star Flooring.” You won’t be disappointed."

"DG Flooring evaluated my job on-site and provided a well-informed estimate. The crew is very experienced , responsible, and friendly. The floor came out great and they cleaned up thoughtfully."

"Quickly and simply installed my floor in a matter of hours. Very kind and hard workers. Price was almost the same as what was quoted on the phone."

"Budget sent two men to install the floor on the appointed day.  They worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job in a day.  We had to wait a while for the rugs to come in; when they did, Budget sent two men to place them where we wanted them placed.  Our living room is really looking good with the completion of the floor work.  I can't say enough about how easy it was to work with Vlad, starting with the estimate.

"We had over 1800 SqF of new flooring installed and couldn't be happier. BayAreaMagicFlooring helped us through every stage of the project. Started with material selection, then scheduling the work, demolishing old carpets and finally laying new flooring and baseboards. Majid is very understanding and flexible. As a customer I see this as a big plus. The project was completed in a timely manner and just looks perfect. I would go back to them for the next job - highly recommended. :)"

"I can't say enough good things about Elephant Floors. They removed carpet and parquet flooring and installed new hardwood floors in a large space (~1200 square feet) plus a flight of stairs, the entrance way and a closet. The wood is perfectly laid - seamlessly moving among three rooms with long lines. They kept the house really clean and neat, moving my furniture around, so I didn't have to move it. They did this start to finish in 4 days, my friends and neighbors are amazed - lots of excellent feedback..and this includes a contractor, who does this himself. Thank you Daniil, Hector and team, Bravo!"

"When I called for an estimate I was surprised at how quickly Mr. Straus was able to come. I knew the carpeting I wanted and he was able to get it in a reasonable time. (The carpet had to be run specially by the manufacturer.) When my remodel slowed down, he was very flexible about re-scheduling the date of installation to meet my new needs. The installation was painless, with workers arriving exactly when they said they would, cleaning up after themselves, and making seams that were almost invisible, with a single exception. When I wrote Mr. Straus that my worry was not about the lack of invisibility of a single seam but the fear it might unravel with time. He guaranteed he would fix it if that happened. He built so much trust in my dealings with him that I happily accepted his promise. I recommend Mr. Straus both for

"Dmytro and his crew were awesome. They installed my floors beautifully. Our floors had so much issues that Dmytroâ s crew fixed it amazingly before installing the new floors. Their prices are awesome. Very reasonable and they let you buy and pick your own floors. Which i thought was great that I know exactly how much my floors cost. With other companies they include it in their cost. So I would never know how much money I had spent on flooring materials and do not really see or feel the materials. With Dmytro he took me to his wholesaler and let me know which floors are good and which are not ( ie cheap floors and non cheap floors). Dmytro showed me the best flooring and with a very good price. Considering my budget he still helped me picked top of the line flooring without paying too much. They are a honest and hardworking crew. They finished my entire house in about a week. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. If I need their services again I would definitely call them again."
