"We hired John Masonry and his crew to complete a pretty large, paved patio and a small deck to access our pool. If you want professional, excellent, and fast work for any of your outdoor projects, look no further, John Masonry is your guy. We contacted John through Angi 's List and John came out the same day, Friday two weeks ago to give us an estimate. We discussed what our best option was to replace our 25-year-old deck that took a large part of our yard up. We decided to have on a paved patio around the pool replacing the old deck and to add a small deck to access the pool. Two days later John had his crew start the demolition of the old deck and his crew started installing the pavers and build the new deck. The project was done quickly just shy of two weeks. TC, one of the owners of Pavercare, came out and surveyed what needed to be done.  He was exceptionally friendly and professional and put me at ease that they could get the job done right!

Gaspar and his crew arrived on-time and set to work removing the old bricks.  To my amazement, they actually bound our bushes up so they wouldn't be damaged and thinned out dead growth... as I have said in a previous review, they go far and above the norm in their service.

While they were working on my new walkway, another group quickly and expertly fixed my front walkway (installed by another contractor, some bricks had sank badly after only a couple years).  

When they were done, the curb appeal of our home had went up... it looked fantastic!  Definitely, a job well done and I will used them again for all paver-related projects.

THE AFTER STORY.

After a few days of the sidewalk being in place, you could see that there was a difference in the coloring our Series 3000 pavers from what we had originally and what Pavercare installed.  I let TC know and he came out and confirmed.  It was clearly an issue with Unilock's coloring.  At no additional charge, TC actually got a guy from Unilock to come and look at it.  He did some kind of acid wash that removes the haze associated with when they bake the bricks.  Sure enough, color matched!

Once again, customer service far beyond anything we have ever experienced with landscaping-related contractors. You should not go anywhere else other than Pavercare!

"Iggy and his guys had to tear out at least six inches of concrete and it turned out to be more work than any of us expected.  Iggy was very sensitive to our wanting to stay on budget, and honored our agreed upon price, even when things were a bit more involved than expected.  Iggy was very easy to work with and they did a beautiful job on the patio.  I would definitely use them again.
