"After extensive research in finding a roofing contractor to repair and replace our roof, we chose Perfect Roofing and Siding. The sales rep, Carlo, was very informative and explained all the steps involved with the project. Our biggest concern was the fact that part of our roof is a large flat roof over the front porch, which several other contractors were reluctant to deal with. "When about 20 tiles were ripped off the roof by The Big Wind the other day I had to scramble to get it fixed before the rain and snow came again. These guys came in same day I called to check the roof and bid replacing it since it's 25 years old. I had a bid from last year already when I had needed a repair. This company's bid was significantly lower... I'm talking less than half the other companies bid. The sales guy showed me what they would do on his IPAD. They put padding/insulation down under the new shingles so even if they would blow off water will still not get in. 25 year warranty. The work looked and ended up being extremely professional. They came that night to repair the roof free of charge since I had contracted for the new one. Then they called a few days later to schedule the new roof. Sent 6 guys and had the whole thing done in one day. Looks great If you need a new roof definitely get a bid from these guys."
