"I made an appointment for my refrigerator that wasnâ t circulating the air well. Frank responded to my inquiry within 2 hours and was able to come out the next business day (made appointment saturday and theyâ re closed Sundays.) Not only was he punctual, but he was friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly and explained exactly what was wrong to make sure I understood. He got was able to get the part I needed and complete the repair in the same day all within 4 hours! He was an absolute joy to work with and his pricing is unbelievably affordable.
