Then I spoke With Eddie. He changed my mind after providing much needed GE operating information. Within 3 days my oven was repaired. Both upper and lower heating elements were changed out and the oven works great. Eddie was the first service technician who took the time to explain what happened and why. "Repaired the washer. The stem was not spinning. Also repaired the dryer which was not generating any heat. The drums in both units had to be disassembled and assembled back for the parts to be changed. I called around 11am on a Saturday and the owner took the call and came in around 2pm.
