The installation team worked very diligently and completed all of our replacements in about 5 to 6 hours. The installation team works exclusively under the Window Depot USA of Youngstown umbrella, which we were very pleased with. Very nice cleanup after the work was completed. We cannot recommend the team at Window Depot USA of Youngstown enough. We especially liked supporting two excellent companies (Window Depot USA of Youngstown and ProVia) who are headquartered locally in Ohio and in the Youngstown area and Sugarcreek, respectively."

"The entire process from getting a price, to getting more detailed information on the windows to the final installation was incredibly easy and professional. I submitted a request for quote to 4 companies along with pictures and dimensions. Zen windows was the only company that responded. Andrew was extremely helpful in the decision process and educating me on the Soft Lite windows. JR came out measured the windows and thank goodness he and his team did the installation. "First, let me applaud Bob for being flexible  in delivering my tile. He actually bought it out on a weekend so his crew could start the project first thing, as I was on a very tight deadline to finish an unfinished basement room in a new construction before a moving van arrived. Avalon did have to push the start date back one day, which I was amenable to since Bob was so accommodating with that initial tile delivery.
I had one person who did tile placement, cutting and installation. That went very smoothly, and the gentleman answered any questions I had along the way. The following day a different professional arrived to do the grouting, which came out excellent.
Here's a big plus...they all left the room and areas they were working in neat and tidy. Having had tile placed in various homes, I've never had such a thorough 'clean up' after the fact.
