That is something that was refreshing to see. What is not shown in the pictures, is that they came out two weeks prior to the rip-out and sprayed everything to ensure it was dead. They did not force me to pay upfront and accepted my payment over the phone since I didn’t have time to go to their office. Really fantastic company. I found them on Angie’s List. I had called four (4) other companies before Dixie which were recommended by friends, but literally not one of them even called me back.
