"I got the names of several plumbers, including T & E, through people at work.  When I checked the names with Angie's list, I was impressed by T & E's glowing reviews and decided to call them.  They were able to work around my schedule and came the same afternoon. <br /> Tommy was very thorough in checking how the pipes were connected in the wall and taking the time to figure out which line was clogged.  He worked very hard to clear the clog and then checked the main line (including the crawl space) to make sure that there were no leaks.  He worked until 8:00 p.m., didn't charge overtime, and even gave me the Angie's list discount.  I will definitely call him for ANY future plumbing needs!! <br />"

"So, a couple of months ago, our septic system was occasionally backing up. The system is about 30 years old---I called several companies that service north Gwinnett; this company was the best in terms of experience and professionalism. Steve and Amanda your initial contact people (with a nod to Alan from the past); and they walked us through the analysis and process of what was to be a new drainfield. So that you know, that if you have to do this, it will take some weeks to make it happen, because there needs to be an official soil sample and then a review by the County at beginning and end; this team of people walked me through my options and helped to set up these inspections, and eventually they sent out a team to do the work: ask for Joseph. Again, all of these people spent the time to go into details and options. The work took about 6 hours, the mounds of red clay were smoothed out, and now good to go for another 30 years likely. Their prices were competitive with all the other bids I got---because yes this is not inexpensive as you might imagine. If you have an old system, be proactive or you may pay much much more if you wait. Great company."

"The technician knew his job and did it well. My only complaint is with the company itself that sets the cost for work. To replace a hose on a hand-held shower, a hose we already had, was quoted at $140. It would have been a 10-minute job. The sink repair was fine."

"Ok, Jeremy, Ken and Garrett just finished some work on my house for $1,150.39, it was quality work that needed to be done since my house was build in 1950. They even found stuff that should have never been allowed to be in the house, that the inspector missed. Because of all this crazy pandemic stuff going on they have been pulled pretty thin. The only complaint would be that it took several and I mean several times, and dates before they were able to finish the job. With that being said I truly appreciate them coming and staying late the last day to finish the job. We now have a bathroom that for over a year was broken that we can now use, which makes my daughter very happy. I will definitely use them again and recommend this company to others that are in need of plumbing. I also liked how Darren the owner came out and even explained some issues we were having. I appreciate this company, and that they are a small business during this time we need to support companies like this one."
