Trip Charges are included in the price per job. I do give FREE estimates on all jobs with the exception of " Insurance Estimate Jobs". For any job that is requiring an estimate for the insurance company. There will be a charge of $25.00 per estimate. IF I am awarded the job, this $25.00 will be deducted off of your final price. Therefore making it a FREE estimate. Unfortunately I've given FREE estimates in the past for these jobs, only to have the homeowner ONLY use me long enough to get the money from the insurance company & I never hear from them again. This is the only way I can see to keep it honest. There are many " handyman" companies out there today, but I believe that one of the things that sets me apart from them, is I have actually been in the industry for over 25yrs. This is not new to me. Also, I believe in 'honesty'. If you ask me to quote you for a job, that I am NOT completely comfortable with, I will be honest & tell you I'm not skilled in that area. But I will be happy to help you find someone who is, & someone you can trust, @ NO Charge to you. I do all the work myself, I'm not an owner that goes out, gives you an estimate & then sends a crew of men to do the job. I do it myself. I rarely have the need to use an outside "subcontractor". If I do have that need, you will know first.

Shipping confirmation came after the weekend, and I had trim pieces actually arrive before I received my shipping confirmation. Shipping actual flooring to me was curbside, I would have paid a bit more for the company to place in my driveway if given the option. Everything was palletized securely, and everything arrived without defects. Pricing came in better than expected, and better than quotes I received from other companies. Great experience, I will definitely be a returning customer."
