"I stripped the tile and thin set off of our foyer before Sammy came over to estimate that amount of tile and materials that he would need to complete the job. He was punctual, friendly and happy to answer any questions that I had. Sammy picked up the tile at the tile store a couple of days before installation and told us it would be a good idea to plan how the our "stone-looking" tile would be laid out on the floor. This proved to be very good advice so I was able to hand the installer each tile according to our plan. The installation was very quick but we didn't have a complex pattern either. Sammy was very responsive to us in service as well as communication. We exchanged a number of phone calls, text messages and e-mails and still do to this day since he will be tiling my master bathroom this week. I wholeheartedly recommend Sammy and his crew."
