"Billing and communication is major issue with this lawn care provider. I was a loyal auto-billed customer for over 3 years, in October 2024 my current credit card expired, All-State performed lawn treatments in both December and January without reaching prior to providing services to my home. Weed spraying services were always substandard to me in comparison to other service providers I have used for my homes. I had (1) year that the lawn look really good and just simply forgot to discontinue there services a long time ago, since I am not in Memphis very much anymore. Long story short, I receive a call from a collection company who was hired to collect the debt, when I heard the amount of the collection I stated I would discuss the charges with actual company. The amount for 2 lawn treatments is: $114, I was being billed for over $170 stating finance charges (my lawn care is not financed) and late charges, which I was never informed of any late charges. I was told that I received emails in February (this is May) which I was able to locate and could not open links of bills due to link had expired. Company is not willing to accept payment for services rendered $114, cannot provide any paperwork provided to me of company late charge policies and cannot access any billing due to links have expired. I believe the responsibility of this error lies with both myself and All-State Pest Control. They did not have updated billing, performed services not once but twice without a way to collect funds and then want to add fees in excess of $60. Bad business practices for loyal customer who had a lawn that looked good for 1 year and did not cancel services due to being forgetful. Be thankful you kept a customer much longer than normal with substandard lawn care."

"As this is their busy season they were not able to come out and give me an estimate for about a week. Mark responded and due to his experience and horticultural knowledge was able to provide a much needed solution. My property is rather large and has several problem areas. I have erosion issues around the pond which will ultimately be costly to resolve, but he broke down the much needed work into separate phases to help with the cost. I knew this would be a bit on the expensive side, but I was looking for someone who really understood my specific needs to use native plantings for improving the landscape, help with erosion issues, and minimal maintenance. I chose this company as I was looking for a greener or a more natural landscape solution, and the fact this company has been in business many years. Phase one of the work has been completed and I am extremely happy with the landscape improvement/solution. i will definitely consider using them again in the future to do more of the necessary work outlined in the original plan. <br />"

"Work was completed. However, there were deficiencies such as the quality of material and leaking roof. Tried for approximately three months to get resolution to the problems identified above. They came to the house a couple of time without fully resolving the problem. Company showed little interest in service after the sale. I ended up fixing the leaking roof myself."

"He does give free estimates. It was a huge branch that had fallen off. We called him and he came out the very next day at the time he said he would, he was on a job at the time that we called him. He climbed up on the roof and after about 30 minutes he came back down and told us his estimate. For buying the shingles, chop the tree down and take it to the back yard (because we have a fireplace). He gave us a really good break. When he came down from the roof he said the other person had put down felt that goes under it so his was thicker but it looked fine with it. He said eventually we would need a new roof. The shingles were an extra $30. He did it all in one and a half days. My nephew went up on the roof to inspect and he said it was excellent. It has rained one time since then and there were no leaks or anything. He came exactly when he said he was coming in the exact time he said he would and for the exact price he said when we started."

"The job was done satisfactorily by 3 workers supervised by Ron Wine who dropped by on most days. The results followed the draft and cost did not exceed my budget by much. The workers were efficient and professional. There was no liability for relocated existing plants and bushes. This is standard. However, three new plants died within 3 month's time. Two calls were made to Mr. Wine by myself. I was not impressed by his rudeness at the fact that he did not acknowledge that it was me, his client of less than 3 months, who was calling him. He simply quipped that he would send someone out to replace my dead plants, no one showed up to honor the 100% guarantee on newly planted material. He demonstrated unprofessionalism over the phone and did not follow through with my request. I would not use him again or recommend him to anyone. Once work was done and the check received, he became unreliable."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Crawfordsville, AR

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
