"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. Also, I got no detailed report on the multi part inspection that supposedly came with my heater flush. "He and his team simply painted without patching small holes and cracks. When finished, he poured paint in the shower and down the shower drain. I called and asked him to return to clean up the paint and he said he would, so I waited and waited. I called him back and he said he was on his way out of town, this was Friday July 1, and he would come and clean his mess on Tuesday, July 5 when he returned. to date, he has not contacted me or cleaned the mess. The janitorial service cleaned the dried paint out of the shower by attaching a brush to a floor buffer. I have not heard from him."
