We are all looking to get the most bang for our buck, LOL, but quality workmanship was also an important factor before deciding who to hire for the job. I was super impressed with the sales guy from Your Exterior Pros. His name is AJ and he really knows everything there is to know about roofs. Talking to AJ and having him answer the list of questions thoroughly in language that was easy to understand is what sealed the deal for me. The 4 workers showed up at approx. 8AM as I was told. These guys worked from sunrise to sunset and my roof was all done in one day. The raw material supplies for the roof arrived one day prior to the installation date (8/29/24). Everything went smoothly and I love my new metal roof. I highly recommend Your Exterior Pros if you are considering putting a new roof on your home."

"The process was very Professional. Greg came out and evaluated my old shingles roof and gave me a price to install a new metal roof. He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. "Well let me first start off by saying as a home owner having work done of any sort at your home always adds stress to your normal daily routine. When we decided it was time to do some upgrading to our home, we started the task of seeking out quotes for doing our roof first. While shopping roofers and gathering quotes I came across Tony Guzman of Dream Home Remodeling Inc. After sitting and talking with Tony my Husband and myself felt that he and his company would be our choice. I cannot say enough about the great job they did. They arrived on time, there was a foreman present the entire job who was very knowledgeable about roofing, the shingles I choose and was able to address and answer any of my concerns, all the guys were polite and left my home after completing the job spotless with a beautiful new roof. I was pleasantly surprised at the little amount of stress involved while Tony and his crew were here. It was an A+ all around!"

"I would hire again and DO recommend. Nick and his team replaced a roof and did several repairs inside and outside my house. The extensive structural repair work they under the house resulted in a “no previous damage” report for the termite bond. Amazing! There was one instance of less than stellar craftsmanship; however, before it could be pointed out, Nick identified it with his own inspection and was already repairing. I had a nightmare closing for a house with new required repairs popping up every few days and Nick went above and beyond to make the repairs in a very timely fashion and a very fair price and always with excellent quality. I was out of town and it was awesome to be able to trust this contractor to do a quality job."

"They were at the house at 7:20 am preparing to do their job. They set up the project, delivered the product took off the old roof, put the new one on and were gone by 7:30 the same night. They had another company come by to fix the chimney that had a problem but the actual roof was completed in 1 day. Bobby was great and I feel that we received a great value."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
