"Very, very well! Billy had another job earlier in the day, but kept me aware of the situation and came by to take a look at around 4:30pm. While I was convinced the lack of water pressure was caused by the main water line from the street, Billy checked everything out and, in less than 30 minutes, figured out where the problem was located and what to do. And, of course, it was not the main water line (as I suspected). In fact, Billy figured out the problem and got the water pressure back on without putting a shovel in the ground!! Who knows what would have happened if I contacted a less-experienced, less-credible individual... Fantastic job!!"

"My toilets would gurgle frequently and I placed a called to American Home Shield (AHS ) also mistake #1 and placed a service call to have a plumber take a look at it. AHS dispatched High Priority Plumbing, mistake #2. High Priority was on time and after explaining the situation the plumber went outside and tapped in to the main line and snaked (my term) the main sewer line no more than 10 feet, he removed a and quot;root sockand quot; and said and quot;this IS your problem and AHS doesn't cover thisand quot;. He thew the dirt back on the main line and said that High Priority could repair the cracked sewer line and that I should and quot;cut down my pecan tree and replace 10 feet of sewer line and the cost for the sewer line was $1,200and quot;. I said I would think about it and he left. I went to Angie's List and researched for plumbers and saw and quot;Holmes Plumbingand quot; and since the reviews were good I decided to place the call. I spoke to Mr. Bruce Holmes and a few hours later Mr. Holmes and Gene were at my home. I explained the situation and they confirmed that my home was built with clay sewer pipes and they crack and roots get in there and cause plumbing issues like the one I am experiencing. He suggested that I replace the sewer line as well; however, he suggested I replace the ENTIRE LINE from home to city line, with 2 access clean out points and put in a 40 grade PVC pipe where this pipe will still be here and quot;long after you and I are goneand quot; he said. The entire line was about 60 feet, my heart sank!! However, much to my surprise, Mr. Holmes said he would sell me the 40 grade PVC at $20 per foot instead of the usual $25 and my grand total was...wait for it $1,200 for 60 feet of sewer line and he still honored the 10% off coupon from Angie's List for a grand total of $1,080. THERE IS A GOD! I couldn't believe it, an honest, reputable plumber. Weather caused some delays but today, Mr. Holmes, Lester and Gene showed up and began the all day labor intensive work. We had great conversation while they dug up my yard, shared a cup of coffee with Mr. Holmes and supervised the hard working men. They are hardworking, professional, knowlegeable, honest master plumbers who still care about the community and the and quot;little peopleand quot; and are not out to make a buck. What a refreshing idea.
BOTTOM LINE: If you need good reputable plumbing services at a good price call Bruce Holmes, not only will he give you the best possible price, he will make you laugh too. Thank you Angie's List and Mr. Holmes.
"

"Experienced some back flow in the basement level, Called Reliable Rooter and they were out the same day. Johnny Privett arrived on-time with all necessary machinery. Soon the septic tank was clear and pumped of 25 years of the previous owners sludge and solids. Johnny then cleaned and pumped the drainage fields and ensured they were also working correctly. He worked quickly and had the back yard septic site back in order by the end of the day.
Two weeks later we had a separate blockage on the input side and even on a Sunday, Reliable Rooter (Johnny) came out and cleared the blockage on the input side. Fair prices and quick response in the North Georgia area for Septic Services.
"

"We have used this provider before so we knew we could trust him to allow him to do the replumbing on our house while we were out of town on vacation. Our house (which we bought as foreclosed) continued to have problems with stopping up in one of the downstairs baths. We were leaving for vacation on the day that we had a major backup and called Jason and Eddie Turner. They came out immediately and unstopped the drain and showed us with pictures how the problem kept happening because of a really bad plumbing job of the piping. We told him we would have to wait until we returned to have them replumb. He told us that they could come out and complete the job without our being here since they would not need to come into the house to do it and we would not have that to deal with when we got back. They came on Sunday to start the job and finished it on Monday according to our neighbors. They always clean everything up (which they did on the backup before we left on our vacation inside the house). They even called us while we were gone to let us know that it was complete and also that they had found a leak in the water line which we told them to fix (we knew there had been a small one but it had gotten worse) They did not even charge us for fixing that part of the pipe which they took out and replaced.
"
