"I had contacted several other contractors and even had one out to do an estimate and all were either backed up or would not return phone calls. Nestor and Jamie came out, walked the job over, and came back with a bid and contract the same day and they were able to start immediately. Once they started the job, lots of other smaller repairs had to be done but they were able to take care of those with a small but reasonable addition to the contract. Nestor worked around several issues, including trying to get paint and drywall to dry with no AC. They finished the job on time and fully meeting our expectations. Also, they did all this work without us on site, as this was a rental property and we live out of state. Furthermore, Nestor kept in constant communication and gave us updates throughout the course of the project.
