He also did some inside work when we were in a pinch needing something done soon and he made time to get it done, and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. Changed out an outdated sink, in my dormer bathroom, with a NEW Glacier Bay sink & ALL its accessories, installed a NEW SpaceSaver Under Cabinet electric can opener, when an outdated one bit the dust,bchange3d out a washer in my backyard spigot & retro fitted that spigot's turn off valve- lever handle & piping- under the double sink in my laundry room. Your budget & wallet WILL LOVE his cost. I FURNISHED supplies for par ty of my projects & for the others he added his job rate to the cost of supplies. Either way, it AT LEAST HALF of what I would've paid a plumber or carpenter. I'll CONTINUE to use him. Oh, he INSTALLS APPLIANCES, too"
