I happen to be driving and saw a Van from White rabbit so I called the number and immediately was put in touch with the owner Gary. We set up an appointment he came out right away and it started off them doing two projects for me. That led me to have them install slat walls in my garage and having custom workbench is made. Everybody from the crew that came out to the people in the office to the owners were excellent to work with. This is the second job I have had this company do for me. The first was a repair job done on my chimney in 2019. The job from initial contact through job completion was handled quickly and professionally. In fact I think the owner came to do the initial estimate for my project. The entire team was focused on customer satisfaction and they all went above and beyond the scope of the project. Unlike other companies, the folks at Kerry Roofing & Masonry were responsive, polite, courteous and eager to do the job for me. There were no excuses about what could and could not be done, they took the time to explain what the problem was and why it was done wrong if applicable, and they explained what they were going to do differently and correctly. They did not do a pressure sales pitch to try and drum up more business nor did they skimp on the work performed. Their prices were competitive and the workmanship was great. They did exactly what they said they would do and what they were asked to do. They kept me informed on any changes in the schedule and lived up to their word. Any items that were of concern were immediately brought to my attention. The work was done quickly and the clean up was done very well. The second job, (done in 2021), they did for me was done in the same professional manner. They replaced my roof and it looks great.
