"Dwayne was really responsive and was willing to come out the same day we exchanged emails. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and presented a solution for the work that needed to be done. We needed a new valve stem put in and also new shower knobs. He took a trip to Lowe’s and picked up the product we needed. He completed the task in about 3 hours. The charge for the parts was low however, the cost for the labor was a little more than I was expecting. Either way, the job is done and he gave us a year warranty on the job he did today.
