They built a new patio of pavers with a cemented surround and replaced the backyard “lawn” that was suffering from erosion and gofers. In the front, they created a dry stream bed to complement a cactus garden and added a beautiful wall to set the display off from the sidewalk and street. I plan to call Vinny’s Landscaping for any future work we need."

"We were in need to Remodel our Bathroom due to leak from the pipe in between two Bathrooms and change out the plumbing of our house from galvanized steel to copper, upgrade drain to ABS pipes. Geico Builders crew had an immediate availability to solve our issues. Mila was assigned to our project as a project manger. The communication of the project manager was outstanding as well as guidance on what has to be purchased for completing our beautiful Bathroom. Once the water leak was discovered and the subfloor damage was assessed. A repair plan was quickly in place for the leak. Plus a plan to restructure and build a stronger subfloor. Overall, Mila and Supervisor Ruiz and their team were very excellent at staying on schedule and completing the project with quality workmanship. Overall we are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom. Our renovation project was completed on time and the new look absolutely met our expectations. Our main expectations/requirements were a regular shower pan, the shower walls and the flooring, all done with quality porcelain tile. Adding a shampoo niche and 2 safety grab bars in the shower area. Plus the bench which I am so happy with. All of these items were installed with attention to detail and with quality workmanship. "I sent him this: Hi Pablo, I want to make sure we are on the same page and my apologies for any misunderstandings. Original quote was for $1,800. Then changed to $2,100 for using Rain Bird products. We agreed Which I listed in a text on Jun 25, that I wanted specific valves, controller/timer and a rain sensor. Then you started the work and an addition $200 was added for repairs/leaks, bringing the total to $2,300. We agreed. We sent you $1 to confirm Zelle was correct and then Zelle'd $1,150, which was 50% of the $2,300. When you came out to install the correct controller/timer, I asked about adding Zone 8. You said it would be $250. I sent you a text, July 2, requesting a $100 charge for the Zone 8 valve, and you would not need to install the Rain Sensor. We spoke on the phone today July 3, in the am regarding some leaks and you said, $150 would be fine for Zone 8. You installed Zone 8, added 2 more sprinkler tops/units for $15 each and a receipt for $38.86. We sent a Zelle today (July 3) for $1,368.86. That would have been the remaining $1,1150, $30 for 2 additional sprinkler tops/units, $150 install for Zone 8 and the $38.86 receipt. The 2 sprinkler head/units, we did discuss today, are incorrect, because they water the wall and you would replace those. If I missed something, please let me know. It's important to me, to make sure you have been paid correctly. I would still like to hire you to add a shut off for the top 4 valves and add additional drip system, to make sure all the plants are being watered."

"Splendidly! The work took 3 weeks from the first day, which is exactly how long he estimated. I cannot praise Nato Vargas and his crew enough. They were here working everyday, without fail from 8am to 5pm. At the end of each day they carefully closed the gates and left the place clean and organized. Nato Vargas was always available - every time I needed to talk to him he answered his phone immediately. On more than one occasion my husband and I changed our minds about various things in the plans and Nato was extremely positive and willing to do exactly what we wanted and offered his suggestions for the design as well. He was more than fair when negotiating prices. I have never had a more pleasant experience with a project of this proportion. I interviewed 5 landscape contractors for this project and chose Nato because he had the most competitive bid and was very punctual and courteous and professional. Nato has earned my respect as an excellent landscape contractor and businessman. I will recommend him to all my friends. I wish I could add a photo - I will try."
