"Brian from Encore Pro repaired a section of my roof that was leaking. That was a problem area where leaves accumulated in a valley. He explained how he was going to repair it and placed the new ice shield/flashing and tied it in with the existing counter flashing against the brick in the valley. He took detailed pictures that showed the repairs so you can see exactly what was done. He arrived quickly and completed the repairs in a short period of time. His work is high quality."

"My aging roof received a quite but of damage and a lot of missing shingles with this last hurricane . A day after the storm I called multiple roofing companies only to be put on a waiting list and 3 weeks later I still have not heard from any of them but Top Central Roofing contacted me last week to set up a time to for estimate . They came the same day they called and within just a few hours and was on time at the time they stated they would be here and repairs were completed the next day . Unfortunately a week after repairs , my aging roof decided it was gonna start leaking again to no fault of their repair work . I called them back to let them know I was having issues again and within 4 hours they came back to fix what they believe is causing the leaking again .. The crazy thing is it was a rainy day but they still came to do the work . Their customer service is outstanding and they stand behind their work and guarantee it . We will definitely call on Top Central Roofing anytime we need repairs on our very old roof and when do have a new roof installed they will be the ones we call .
