"PHW did a great job of refinishing our wood floors and stairs with the English Chestnut stain. The bid was fair, they worked within our schedule and communication/photos from Alisa were appreciated as we were out of town during the project. It was a lot of work and $ to empty 2 floors of furniture but the results were worth it! The only downside is the fine layer of dust left over the cabinets, doors, walls, she molding and surfaces. Plan time to wipe down all surfaces before returning the furniture!"

"We had our hardwood floor refinished by Elegant Floor Service, August 2020. The floor is now beautiful - Oak with a neutral finish. The location is the main floor of the house. The cost was very reasonable. Steve White, the owner, came to our home to measure and give the estimate. He was very clear and patient. Two men, Jaime and Oscar refinished the floor. They did a great job. Because the entire first floor needed to be refinished, the job was done in two stages. It took one week from start to finish including moving furniture back (there were four men moving furniture when necessary). We included two options; the dust containment system and a commercial grade finish. All products were water based. The floor has a second life - it looks better now than it originally did. We are happy with our decision to refinish rather than install new floors."

We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. "Painted entire bathroom, put up linen closet wood shelves, put up 2 mirrors, 2 light fixtures, toilet paper holder, hand towel holder, regular size towel holder, 2 robe hooks, had to make a hole for jacuzzi tub to get to motor if we ever have a problem, put in a glass shelf above the tile around the tub, put handicap rail up, put in shower seat, put fixture in shower handle and shower head, tiled entire shower, above the tub, had to move the light switch like half an inch up, put on light switch covers, put up new blinds I had, painted door and put on new door knob.. I think I got it all lol.. It had a lot of little things that needed done, then the tiling, the floor tile was already done except the step to the tub which was a small step. All my sink & tub fixtures were already done. Everything that was put in I already had that we picked out years ago. I wish I could attach photos it's amazing!
