"We had banging & whistling noise from steam radiator pipes and the very old (but good) oil boiler during very cold days. He diagnosed what needed to be done. It was a serious amount of work, replacing a very old, badly corroded pipes and regular cleaning of the boiler. We could have had serious flooding if this had not been noticed and replaced it. Unlike other person's diagnosis, he knew exactly what needed to be done. It took three days to finish everything. He was very professional, experienced and very thorough and we are so relieved to have oil boiler /steam radiator running smoothly. "Let me start by saying my wife and I have dealt with 3 plumbers before finding Joe, and he has been nothing short of superb. Weâ ve had sewer line issues since moving into our home 2 years ago. Every couple of months, the sewer line would back up and we would have to clean the mess of water that came up out of the toilet and shower. Whenever we called plumbers, they would snake the sewer line and say weâ re good. Iâ m a month or two, same issue would occur. When we called Joe, he figured out that the problem was on our side of the sewer line, not the side leaving our house. He proceeded to remove 20 YEARS WORTH OF HARDENED GREASE that had accumulated. He also noticed we had an awful back pitch on our sewer line, which he also corrected in a day or two. The entire time Joe was courteous and flexible. He gave expert advice while offering honest opinions. We are thrilled with his work and we highly recommend him.
