"They sent out Victor. He is a nice guy. We have dealt with him a couple of times before. He brought the parts with him, and had the seal fixed in under an hour. "My experience with him was pretty good.  He showed up on time.  I think he did the best he could with the refrigerator that was provided.  He fixed it for the time being.  I found that he was perfectly professional.  I don't know necessarily if he went above and beyond but he fixed the refrigerator which is what we really asked for.  He checked another appliance that I asked and that was about it.  He was efficient and got the job done.  He communicated thoroughly which was important to me.  They communicated and made sure what I needed ahead of time when they were coming.  They gave me the thirty minute window that they promised, call wise which some don't.  Their price was about typical."
