There was no pressure. When we asked for a couple of samples they were provided. Later we made our selection and went back - it was in their warehouse. We had one upopened package which we returned for a refund as promised. No hassle. Our installer loved the barrier/pad we bought from them. It was strong and sturdy and stayed in place when walked on.
