I called Emduben and they blew me away with how well they handled the situation. Not only did they inform me of the issues caused by the other contractor they did a fantastic job with the deck and it looks great!they where very informative about how I should maintain said deck and where overall extremely friendly. "very happy with the job"

"We are beyond pleased, and continue to marvel at the fine craftsmanship provided by Heritage Hardwood Floors. We had purchased a lake home that needed a great deal of work, including lots of neglected hardwood flooring. As soon as we met Chuck, we knew we were blessed to have found him. We had such extreme confidence in him and his expertise that we ended up saying "whatever you think would be best" when it came to many aesthetic design decisions on particularly troublesome areas. He just took care of everything! He also "warmed up" the kitchen by installing new wood wainscoting and new hardwood floors. We didn't have the imagination to think of such options ourselves, so we are beyond thankful for his attention to detail (including so much trim work, on top of everything else!), dedication to the job, and on a personal note, his thoughtful kindness. We deeply appreciate the top quality of Chuck's work, as well as the customer service we received from both him and his wife Pat. Highly recommended!"
