"There were a of communication (or lack of on the part of the company) and scheduling issues. When the workers arrived they finished the project, but told me they didn’t have a truck to haul away the rubble. I was too tired to argue, so it was left for me to shovel and rake. Later, I noticed that the workers cut expansion joints but did not cut up to the house because they didn’t have the correct tool, so they just left it. I had to call for them to come back and finish it. They also chipped part of the concrete. When I pointed it out, I was told to just fill it with sealant, and it would be alright. The concrete slab is good, but I wouldn’t really recommend them. Too much hassle."

The right way to manage a bottom line!!! This was a 100k job, but I can assure you whether its 100k or 5k, these guys will make you feel like you are their only and most important customer the entire time!!! FYI.. never met or knew of them till that day I googled 'great contractors in Chattanooga' and glad I did"

"All workers showed up on time and the work progressed on time. The weather was a factor but the job was finished in time and in a very professional manner. There was never a time when I had to worry if the job was being done the way it should be. There was a section of roofing on the back of the house that was done by an armature at best that caused a lot of wood rot. The foreman of the job showed me how it could be repaired and saved me over $1500 on the job.
