We worked with their team to talk about roofing options, quality of materials, installation standards, etc., and the SHS team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We worked with SHS to come up with the best option and ultimately decided on new shake siding for the dormer windows. Within 1 day of finding the problem, SHS was able to acquire the shakes we selected and had a crew onsite to do the install to take advantage of the nice weather. Now- the roof is done and it's beautiful, the dormers look like new with shake siding, and our family feels safe and secure from the weather - and proud to look at the house when we drive up.
