"I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. They are first class, outstanding company that did wonderful job for me. The quality of their work was excellent, and their price was excellent. I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). "We are absolutely in love with our new shower. We hired West Shore Homes to remove our existing tub/shower combo and replace it with a new shower. The installers Jordan and Tim were very customer oriented and technically skilled. They arrived per the schedule and completed the installation in a very reasonable amount of time. All while being courteous enough to answer all of our questions. The installation was very high quality, and included replacement of the existing drywall behind the shower with plywood sheets. This provided a rock solid backing for the acrylic material that we selected. Additionally, all of the components used were of stellar quality. As I indicated, we absolutely love the finished product and have no qualms about recommending West Shore Homes for this type of work."

"Pleasant father and son team, with son taking the lead. They quoted a price to come out and assess, but did not charge for doing so, although we had call them the day of the appointment to remind them of the appointment. They made sure to mention in the initial phone call that they buy and sell houses as well. They came out and once we mentioned that we were soon selling our house, they were more concerned with telling us what repairs needed to be done in the entire house, than with focusing on the repair they were requested to assess. The estimate was for $1500-$8000, depending on if we just wanted the repair of the shower leak or the entire bathroom redone. There was an access panel, which they saw and pointed out at the visit, that could have been an option to use for the repair, but instead their estimate was for the route of repairing through the tiling in the bathroom. We went with a different plumber and got the shower repaired done for under $100."

"Luis and his team did an excellent job. We have a house built in 1966 with plaster walls and cast iron tub and they had a bear of a time on the demo. They made sure everything was covered and did an excellent job of cleaning when the shower stall was completed. Could not be happier with the stand up shower and their install. Highly recommend!!!"

"Everything about Dimitri's company is the absolute best. Dimitri and his sons and employees are very knowledgeable, hard-working, respectful and they did a fabulous job with my bathroom. This bathroom had been previously gutted by someone else so everything in there had to be done. New plumbing and electrics had to be installed as well as new tiles on the floor and on the walls. They put in a new shower, toilet and vanity -and now I have the most gorgeous bathroom, I love it. The men always arrived when they said they would; they are very friendly and kind as well as being courteous. This is a family business and Dimitri and his sons all work together, to get the job done. These guys are truly professionals. Dimitri, his sons and family have a wide knowledge of renovations and a wide range of skills.
