"Communication regarding scheduling was lax. I was in and out of town for a while and needed to pin down when the work would be performed, a few weeks out. It was difficult to get a specific date. The roofers were pleasant and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves well. Their normal gutter team wasn't available, so they subbed it out. The gutter people left a mess, shards of sharp metal all over the place. Mario and Lisa were very apologetic about that, and the gutter people called to apologize too. Econo sent one of his guys to finish the cleanup. The roof looks great, the gutters look great. I chose them because their price was competitive and because of the Owens Corning premier warranty."

"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. "I interviewed six solar companies and got bids from three. Charlie of Landmark construction & energy crew stood out much more above the other companies that I spoke and met with. He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. In addition he worked with his crew at the beginning of installation to make sure everything was perfect with a tricky area of my roofline.
