"Joshua is really thorough and professional.  He stuck to his start time and gave approximate end times that he delivered.  His quote was accurate.   He sent pictures, kept receipts and delivered what he said he would do.
We had two changes that needed to happen that required some added labor and materials, but Joshua was cool about it.  He even came on a saturday to do a final walk through.  Which I thought was very cool.  
The pergola went up quickly and was what I drew.  
The changes inside the house he did very clean and neat.  He had to cut back an archway and then replace some tile.

"We actually only obtained a bid from this company and did not use them for the work as their bid came in at $50,000 higher than the previously highest bid (out of 4 bids). No quarrel with their responsiveness and professionalism, however. They even followed up with us. If we have concrete work in the future, we will ask for a bid again because, short of their exhorbitant price, they seem like a company that has the professionalism we desire. Price was way too high for us this time, but we encourage others to at least obtain bids from them - it may work for you.
