We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. "Terrific job.  I originally selected this company for a quote because one of my neighbors had a great looking roof put on and told me about them.  I also checked them out here on Angie's List and found excellent reports. Mr. Strahan gave me a good and accurate estimate.  They removed my old roof,  put on 15#  felt, installed drip edge all around and on the dormers, put on new architect shingles, replaced the old pipe jacks with new ones, painted all the jacks and any visible flashing to match, installed new screens on my gutters, and all came with a great warranty.  They even did extra items I needed done, small repairs, at little or no charge. The employees on the job were polite, friendly and hard workers.  There was no damage done to my shrubs or yard.  The cleanup was fantastic; you wouldn't know they had been there except for the great looking roof.
He and his office personnel were very responsive to all my questions.  And I called a lot before the job with many questions. They are extremely knowledgeable about their trade and obviously have a lot of satisfied customers by the number of good reports here.

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
