Jonathan came out appraised our remodel, offered excellent financing options and set us up. Financing was approved, permits handled and materials gathered. Matt and Ivan arrived at our home a few days later and in less than eight hours we have a new shower. It is beautiful. Plus they took care of our home, removing all the debris and protecting our floors. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bathtub or shower remodel. Thanks guys!!!"

"We had a walk in shower installed March, 2025. The installers were great and really knew their stuff. The job was complete in 1 day. Any problems that the installers came across, they figured out and handled properly. We waited 1 week to take the first shower. We noticed with the very first shower water droplets on the floor outside the shower doors. We contacted customer service and had service come out 5 different times over a period of 4 months. The shower doors and frame were replaced during that time frame. Rome says that their biggest problem is shower doors leaking. And ours still leaks with droplets of water on the floor to this day. We love our new shower but we are disappointed that they can not find a solution for the water droplets outside the shower doors."
