"Excellent… no regrets using 4 Ever Remodeling"

"We researched several kitchen restoration companies and finally selected 3 of them to give us estimates for painting our outdated oak cabinets in the kitchen and master bathroom. The price ranged widely among the 3 companies. One estimate was extremely high. GG Kitchen Restorations was the cheapest estimate however, once we had each company come out and had them explain what they were going to do it was very evident that GG Restorations was going to be a one-stop shop for us to get everything done as we needed and with high quality workmanship. We did have a couple of extra small issues in the cabinets that needed to be fixed prior to the painting prep could start and the other 2 companies would either charge us a huge amount to do a drastic re-design which really wasn’t needed or said they wouldn’t do that type of work and left it up to us. GG Restorations was more than willing to help us get past these small barriers and get our dream kitchen to our specifications at a reasonable cost. Frank and his team were great. Frank is very pleasant and fun to work with and he takes the time to really get to know what you want. Chris and Tim, that did the work in the house, did excellent work, and they never left a mess. Our kitchen and bathroom look great and what a transformation from old to a modern look. We highly recommend GG restorations to anyone."

"Gary did a thorough of replacing my dead sump pump and removing the back-up sump pump, also dead. He had to reconfigure the discharge pipe since there is no longer the back-up. There was an added charge of $20 for the additional parts, but no added charge for the labor involved. He even examined the third sump pump in the well at the other end of the basement. He pointed out that one was dead too. After watching him replace the main sump pump one, I feel confident enough to replace this one by myself. I would have given Handyman Pros a excellent rating for professionalism, but they did not inform Gary of the amount of water collected near the sump pump. Boots were necessary, but he only had gym shoes. I laid some spare boards that were available to keep his feet dry. Beware: Handyman Pros does not provide sump pumps. They only install what you secure on your own."

John would check in frequently and answer any questions we had and even helped answer questions about other projects we were doing. He would provide updates on the progress each day and was flexible in working around our schedule. The bathrooms turned out wonderfully. We will definitely work with John again on future projects."

He consulted me often when changes needed to be made to the prints. Great communication during the whole project. He works excellent with DYI'ers like myself. "Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

Any time we had any questions or concerns, Ibro would call almost immediately. He showed up on time every day we expected and was always very neat & tidy with his work space. Our project costed about what we expected, and he does beautiful work! He renovated our primary bathroom and closet, and it’s everything we hoped it would be and more!
