"I found this company through another member reviews, which stated that Jim is an honest guy who will always try to help and take the project where another company simply not interested in taking because either it is too small or just too complex. So we have a deck with heaving issue that over the years just getting worse that threaten the integrity of the house structure itself. Other company that I called simply not interested, can't do it, or can't come until much later in the season. Jim called back in the same day and tried to understand the problem. He stopped by to check it out himself the next day and genuinely tried to help out without bankrupting me. He was able to squeeze in my project in between all his other projects due to the urgency of the issue. The crew he sent were terrific. Tim is a great guy and they were able to level my deck/porch back to normal. Their professionalism and quality of workmanship are unmatched. All in all we are very satisfied and very happy with the results. We are so glad that we found Jim and definitely will call him for our next / future project."

"David was great! We drove to their facility and had them shred 4 boxes of old documents. They were very efficient. It only took a moment. We were able to watch the papers as they were shredded and were given a certificate of completion. Dave was also very helpful over the phone. Both Dave's were wonderful! "Clean and Clear did a good job and were proactive in reaching out when they needed to reschedule and then showed up promptly at the rescheduled time. Only complaint is that the photos of the work done included in my invoice had at least two photos that weren't of my house. The other photos didn't have enough other context for me to be sure that any of the photos were of the actual job done on my property. However, my gutters are clean and I am happy with the service provided."

"<p>They were able to begin days earlier than scheduled.  The workers were all great, easy to deal with, answered all my questions, and overall did a neat and complete job.  They removed 2 sets of footings (original and ones installed 7 years ago) and installed their new footings and replaced the posts.  The deck is not completely level because it had been raised for too long.  They did a great job and I could not ask for a better experience.  </p> <p>My concern was that so late in the season I would not find someone who could take on the project.  My only problems I had was that the railing ordered was the wrong color but that was caught before any delays occurred, the estimate did not include any idea on the cost of the labor so that was sticker shock (thus the B for Pricing above).  They should give some ballpark range and state it is an estimate but that would allow people to plan their budget.  There was also some miscommunication in railing cost but that was easily cleared up and my air conditioner is not level this spring and this is the first time this has happened and it is close to a post.  I had Matt out, he did not think that the post area disturbance cause the heaving ( I disagreed) but he graciously agreed to fix the problem if after the thaw it was still there.  It is still there but I have additional work to be done in that area (landscaping) and will probably address it then with those workers.  Overall, I would hire Precision Decks again in a heartbeat..  Not so D.S.Bahr.contstruction.</p> <br />"

"Was very pleased with the overall result of New Again. I submitted dimensions and pictures over the website and received a very competitive quote. After stripping the deck there were a few more boards where some rotting was identified and Barak and his team replaced them promptly. Stain looks great and made an immediate difference. I had been contemplating if my 20 year old deck was too far gone and needed replacing... but after seeing what Barak could do with stripping the old paint off, replacing some bad boards, and staining... I'm very glad I chose to do this rather than replacement."
