"They came right away and sucked out 4 inches of water, left a huge dehumidifier and blowers, hauled away my wet stuff, consulted on what could be saved, let me know what to do for insurance, and then came and cleaned the basement (unfinished cement basement) completely with a powerwash. They were responsive, fast, efficient, thorough, professional, sympathetic, and friendly. They worked late into Saturday night, hauled my stuff away on Tuesday, and finished on Friday with the powerwash. I would recommend to anyone. "The job went exceptionally well. Josh repaired the weatherstripping on my sliding glass door in the kitchen with the weatherstripping that I had bought. Everyone else had told me that I could not use that weatherstripping, it was impossible to repair weatherstripping like that, and then I should replace the entire sliding glass door. Then Josh repaired some molding on the bathroom shower, again usually using mostly my product. He then removed the screen from another sliding glass door, realigned the wheels, sprayed it with my WD-40 and reassembled it. The door does not squeak anymore."

"I am satisfied with the work that was done.  My only issue is that after purchasing the service, it took 4 or 5 phone calls and over 2 weeks just to get the installation scheduled.  When I called, I was told someone would call me back but it never happened.  On the last call, I was like, "Hey, it's me again... " and finally got on the calendar.  But there was no apology for the inconvenience.  I would much rather give a glowing review.  And again, I have no issues with the work done.  But I was a little disappointed with the customer service.
