The professionals came to work as scheduled and followed Ellie’s design to its fullest. All the cutting was done outside and all the build took about 2.5 hours. Afterwards, they cleaned up their mess both inside and outside where they cut the materials. Our closet never looked so good since we’ve been here. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you!"

In fact, the back-up offer we received included the purchase of the house and everything in it! In our new home, Daniel performed his magic once again. "Classic Kitchen and Bath were the first company I could get to respond to my phone calls and come out and give me an estimate. Their decorator was a real pleasure to sit down with; he really talked over my dreams and wishes with me. After all the products I ordered had arrived, work began soon after. Like the next week. On the first day, a crew laid down protective covering on my floors and began to gut the walls. Every day thereafter, a crew would arrive to do the next step, rebuilding the walls, doing the electricity, etc. I can’t say I enjoyed the process. In fact, it frayed my nerves badly. And some things did go wrong. The vanity I ordered myself was too large to fit my pocket-handkerchief sized bathroom. Three and a half weeks seemed a long time to use the smaller bath. On the plus side, I could pick up the phone at any time and dial up Sonja at Classic Kitchen and she either answered immediately or got right back with me -- and whatever problem I had was usually solved. Now I have a beautiful, completely fresh bathroom, newly painted and tiled with all new fixtures. The extremely large hole in the floor -- like ⅓ of the floor space -- was rebuilt. I have a ceiling vent. I have switches up to code. The work crews were as pleased with the outcome as I, taking real pride in their work, and they worked very hard. One young man showed up at 5:30 on a Saturday to get a primer coat on. Another worked 11 hours straight to get the tile done. They cleaned everything meticulously each day before they left. Classic Kitchen also agreed to fix OTHER, UNCONTRACTED for problems in my house. We developed a leak in the kitchen sink at the same time. Classic Kitchen worked on a ‘no problem’ basis. It was almost their motto. Every time I went moaning to them with a new complaint about the plumbing in my 1926 home, it was ‘no problem’. They installed the new kitchen faucet. They replaced the faucet from the second shower, finding and quickly repairing a broken pipe in addition to the worn cartridge in the faucet. “No problem.” Update: the toilet in the second bathroom, jealous no doubt of the new and beautiful dual flush in the remodeled bath, began leaking over the problem. No problem. I just called Classic Kitchen."

"From demolition of the existing master bath to punch list completion, the project went very smoothly, on-time and on-budget. Our goals were to reflect the 1920s character of the rest of the house and to integrate some features (walk-in shower and comfort height toilet) that would help us age in place. Mark's design expertise was appreciated on both counts. Mark and his crew, Dritan & Edward, were consistently professional, good communicators, great on follow-through and eager to satisfy our needs. I'm a stickler for details and Mark, Dritan & Edward were quite responsive to my needs but also detail-oriented themselves. Some materials (e.g. tile) were purchased as part of our contract and other materials (plumbing fixtures, vanity and countertop) were purchased by us so the approximate cost of service does not reflect full cost of the job which was about $27,000. We feel it the total cost was good value for the money and quite competitive in the marketplace."
