Water had also backed up into the laundry room. J & S came the next day, inspected line with camera, and did a rod of the sewer line. The main pipe under the basement foundation was clogged bad; however, J & S opened the line and fixed the problem. The employees (Daniel, Jorge, and Rosalio) were on time, very professional, and cleaned before leaving. "I called Roto-Rooter for a clogged floor drain in my basement. They were able to send out 2 guys the same day, Manny and Robert. Both were amazing. Every step of the way they kept me well informed of what was going on. There was some very major root blockage in my home drain leading to the city pipe, which they were able to chew through with a bladed line. I was very happy to see a video feed of the my line, once they cleared it out. They discussed all options with me for further maintenance. Very professional and polite! I highly recommend!"
