"I had a broken sewer at the front of my home. They came out and fixed my issue!!! Amazing team!!!!"

"Great overall experience with Drains inc. Tim was quick to respond to emails and texts. On time for the job as well which took 3 trips to finish. I had a major sewer line repair that needed to be done, I was in the process of selling my house and Drains Inc was able to accommodate me on a tight schedule. Very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They saved me 6 thousand dollars compared to the other plumbers quote ( Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals Inc) after I paid them 880 bucks to hydrojet my sewer line and they couldn't even clear the line or even bother to rod it again. Then gave me an insane quote to fix my sewer line which had a section of pipe missing. Tim came out and cleaned up their sloppy half *ss work and gave me a much better price. In a nutshell if you want good honest work done go with Drains Inc and give Tim a call."

"Adam was very polite and professional. He took the time to explain the issue and cause. Definitely would use them again. Price was reasonable for the job I had done."

"Flawless execution! Professional crew of well-trained people! For not that much more than someone quoted to mill my pipes, Illinois Sewer replaced my bad pipes then installed a pipe in pipe liner. I couldn’t be happier. These men are number!!!!"

"They arrived on time. Knowledgeable and professional. They successfully cleared the drain all the way into the wall."

"Tim promptly reached out and set up an estimate appt for replacing my sump pump system. Was very informative and explained the recommended job details well and clearly. Seemed fairly priced compared to other quotes. Was on time for install appt, explained the system and showed me the sensors/light functions. Exceeded expectations. Would recommend Tim/Drains Inc to family and friends."

"Clayton Wismer is terrific. Very knowledgable, very professional, clearly knows what he is doing, seems like a good guy and is great to work with."

"I woke up to my backup sump pump alarm going off. I attempted to resolve the alarm myself but couldn't figure out the issue. I put in a request for service and Wagner and Sons called me back within 5 minutes. They asked some clarifying questions and advised that they could swing by between 11am and 12pm, the truck rolled into my driveway at 10:58! Mike Wagner serviced my pump, he was very professional and even took the time to explain to me how the pump works and what some other issues to look out for are. He showed me how he determined that the backup and main pump were shot and went through my options. He said that I could replace the current 1/3hp pump but that he recommended a 1/2hp pump because my property grading isn't great. He said he could replace the backup at the same time but was honest about it being something that can be done at anytime and wasn't necessary to do right away. Ultimately I approved the 1/2hp main pump and declined the back up pump. After that he was able to replace the pump in 40 minutes before going on his way. I really appreciate the honesty, transparency, and explanations of service and equipment. I am very satisfied with the overall service and I saved his card for future services."

"Outstanding customer service provided by Sean when I needed a really bad drain backup cleared. He quickly came out to my home IN THE EVENING and took care of clearing my drain as well as the mess that was there from the stinky and gross overflow. When he finished the job he gave me some great tips on how to avoid this from happening again. So happy with his service and the bonus recommendations to keep my drain clean and clear. Highly recommend Legendary... and Sean! He has helped me with my furnace and my AC previously and is a great tech that knows his stuff! He's quick, polite and cleans up everything when done. BEST HVAC TECH & PLUMBER!!"
