"<p> </p> <p>The final product definitely added beauty and increased value to our home and was beyond our expectations when completed.  </p> <p> </p> <p>This is a very professional and pleasant to work with group and I now know why they are rated #1 in the three states they do business in.  Elliot, the owner, and Felesha, his site manager, (a combined 40 yrs. experience in the business) honored their appointment time, took measurements of the area to be worked, showed me samples of their completed work and we later discussed price, colors, and start date in Angie's List's correspondence section.  The work was completed in about a week.  The area was cleaned every day and at completion of the work.  </p> <p> </p> <p>Felesha, the site manager, has 24 years experience in all aspects of the concrete business and was onsite every day while the work was being done.  She would make helpful recommendations, spot areas that needed attention and help you through the project.  A comfortable feeling -- she was really looking out for you.</p> <p> </p> <p>A two (really three at times -- Felesha did the work with them many times) started the project -- Vick and Jose (they did the patio first) then Freddie was added when they started on the pool and spa decking.  You could tell that they knew what they were doing.  All these gentlemen were extremely nice, very respectful and professional.</p> <p> </p> <p>Of course this operation didn’t just get that way.  As a former aerospace manager I know.  I'm sure Elliot, the owner had much to do with -- an operation like this doesn’t just happen.</p> <p> </p>"

"This was a very tricky operation since demolition was involved that could damage the existing swimming pool. Mr. Tyner's crew was very careful, yet they did actually have one accident that was not entirely their fault. They severed a water line that was under the old pool concrete. The break was immediately repaired, so there was not issue. They were extremely careful to not contaminate the pool itself (water). The excavation crew also assisted me with the demolition of an old gazebo at no charge. They did not have to do this- I did not ask them to- but they were glad to help.  <br>The pouring of the new concrete went very well. Mr. Tyner even brought in some fill dirt for better drainage at no extra charge. The results are beautiful. I have never had a contractor that was more conscientious than Mr. Tyner. Cleanup was done each day. <br>He will get all of my concrete work in the future. I cannot recommend him any more highly."

"Very pleased with the work and price. Matt and Jonathan were a joy to work with as they listen, are knowledgeable and very professional. Work was scheduled during a hot spell but they worked right along, paid attention to detail and finished on time. As important, the work entailed movement of dirt, gravel and waste but when the work was completed the area was raked and left as clean as when they started. We are very pleased and would recommend them as the best first choice for price and quality. We are planning on some landscaping in the near future and the plan is to use ARK Scapes to provide a design as a first step. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Great. I had hired another company to build a less than 2 acre pond. Something was not right, it did not look deep enough. I called Joe to come survey the pond. Turns out, it was only 3-4 foot deep. I asked Joe to fix the situation. He came in and added about 2-3 feet to the dam and corrected the drain pipe depth to achieve the needed depth. Basically, he fixed what I paid the other guy to do. He made it right."

"<p><br /></p> <p>The company did an excellent job on all aspects of the construction. They tore out the old carpet and even sanded off old paint on the concrete floor to make sure the new hardwood floor would bond right. They replaced rotted wood on the second floor bathroom due to a leaky toilet and even fixed the toilet. They did a great job in installing the new wood floor and everything else. </p> <p>Mr. Springer, the owner of the company, is adamant that the job be done right. His three man crew are extremely hard working and also want to make sure the job is done correctly. The crew cleaned up the work space every day they were here. </p> <p>Mr. Springer provided me with estimates as the job progressed, and his prices were extremely reasonable considering the high quality of his work.</p> <p>I am considering building a new house, and Kalos is the company I would use to build it.</p> <br />"
