"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.
