"I have worked with contractors in the past but, never had such kind, courteous, punctual, and patient young men as Jovon and Jeremy. They worked with me on the situation I was in. My neighbor was going to install my storm door for free but he ended up in a cast due to a work injury. So now I'm stuck. I contact Angi to get some Quotes. Jovon set up the appointment. Arrived on time. Just toward the end of the install we discover I had ordered the door to wide I had a 36" and I needed a 32". So then I went online to find the right door. Jovon and Jeremy gave me another appointment for the next day, They arrived at 10 AM and went out of their way to take me back to Menards to exchange the door. "Jason was very responsive, even by email (we are usually not available by phone), and worked around our schedule, suggesting several evening appointments. I had purchased a "plumbing service call" coupon through Angie's List for $49, thinking that this would take care of the clogged drain, and was therefore a little surprised when I found out that this wouldn't include any actual work... Unclogging the drain would normally cost an additional $100, but we ended up paying only an extra $25+tax because the coupon included $75 off towards any "repairs". So at the end, we paid $75 total for unclogging the drain, for which our usual go-to contractor (ABC Sewer & Drain Cleaning) would have charged us a flat rate of $100. Overall, still a good deal, but not so much if we had paid full price."
