AVOID INFINITY EXTERIORS AT ALL COSTS They did not fulfill multiple aspects of the contract, our roof has been leaking all week just shortly after installation, and the company has failed to acknowledge or remedy this. They also chipped paint all over the exterior of the house and damaged our brand new windows. In addition, they reused extremely rusted materials despite the contract specifying they would be replaced. When told of these, the quality manager came out ? he papered over some issues, said he would get back to me on others (and didn?t), and told me the area with ripped metal where water was getting in was ?fine? (that night, we had even more water coming in). Our package also included a ?50 point inspection? afterwards to ensure everything was installed properly. Not only did this not happen, but when the Quality Manager came out in response to my complaints he admitted multiple things were missed on initial installation. These were only caught by me having to go up"

"Mike from Windlickers is one of the most honest people I have ever met. He helped me navigate the roof process and never once seemed annoyed or pushy when it came to signing the contract or on what I should install. Instead of bashing competitors like so many others do he kept it straight to the facts of what HE would be doing. All around great guy and I will be recommending him to everyone I possibly can that needs any work done. He went out of his way to help me submit my original roof for warranty because of defective shingles. The one guy who went on that roof and let me know what I had and that I should submit a claim, right there is shows me he actually cared. 100% RECOMMEND!"

"This is who you want to do your roof! We had a full replacement, and I knew right away that I wanted Immortal Exteriors after consulting with Mark! He was so knowledgeable about the whole process! Very transparent, fair pricing, and went above and beyond! Repaired a gutter as well for me, that my dog ripped off after a chipmunk, as well as repaired a soffit! Really, an all around good human, who takes great pride in his company’s work! Oh and the whole process was SO fast! Clean up as well! I was worried about that with 3 dogs, but not a spec left on the lawn! HIGHLY recommend!"

"The new roof they installed had to be ripped off and replaced in several areas they installed shingles that were missing corners and had huge divots in them. The metal valleys were all dented up and had scratches all over them to replace them they had to remove new roofing as well and replace, some of the plywood that needed to be replaced was never done and roof still had soft spots, after repairs were made again water was leaking inside the soffits and has continued to still leak, the gutters leaked on the ends as well. They claim there waiting for Owen?s Corning to come look at the roof but it?s poor install that has lead up too the roof still leaking. I hired weather pro exteriors based on the sales guy explaining the process and trusting him stating they don?t use subcontractors but turned out they actually had subcontractors doing my roof and gutters leading to a hurry hurry work ethic because that?s how subcontractors get paid they have to hurry to make a buck. Do Not hire them"
