"From the horrendous task of removing the 1990's acoustic-tile ceilings that had been added in my kitchen, den, and adjacent bathroom. . . down to providing the perfect grid for my new, deep stainless steel sink, Blair's designer and contractor handled every move with perfection. I could set my watch by the planned arrival time of all of the workmen--drywall team, electricians, plumbers, painters, millwork team, tile workers, etc. And with the arrival of each new work team, the Blair contractor/manager came to introduce them and go over details. Plus, he came daily just to be sure all was going as planned. Whenever a problem cropped up with this latest remodel, Blair immediately rectified it. I would not dream of remodeling any home without Blair doing it. On a previous job (my new roof) when a problem occurred due to the home's "creative" add-on from probably the 1920's, Blair was immediately responsive and rushed to fix it + honored the warranty without my even mentioning it."
