My salesman Joe recommended CORTEC flooring and I went with a gray tone flooring. It look beautiful, love how great it came out. The lead installer, Armando was the bomb, he and his crew wasted no time getting up the carpet and laying down the flooring. It’s now just one seamless flow from room to room. Didn’t like the standard picture frame look around the fireplace so my salesperson Joe, brained stormed to come up with solutions. Armando came back out removed it, tweeted the area some, and I am thrilled with the new look. See pictures below"

"It went great. They came out to measure the space and give me an estimate, and we discussed options on some possible future work. They sent some samples to my home so I could finalize the color selection. The carpet came in within 2 weeks and I was able to schedule installation for the week after. Workers showed up on time and completed the job in a day. It looks and feels great! I did a little comparison shopping, and the price seemed in line with other options. "As noted above they are very professional and the installation was excellent; however, they tend to nickel dime you too death with upcharges for stuff that I would have expected to be included in the relatively high cost of the carpet, pad and installation charges already in the price. <br /> So out of a 1250 total job cost about 25% were junk charges, in my opinion. <br /> Just pay attention to the upcharges in your Quote before proceeding, but they do good work. <br /> <br />"

NO other fees or charges. It makes a world of difference in how a home shows. For buyers, he will come out and give free estimates so the buyers know what to expect after closing if they want to change out carpeting or add/refinish hardwood floors before they move in. I had him replace hardwood floors and carpeting in my own personal condo, and I love them. I get many compliments from my friends!!"
