When Albert did the measurements, he explained what could happen given our situation with the backsplash tile and the installer (Roberto) said the same thing before his crew started the installation. Roberto and his crew did an excellent job and was able to work with the backsplash situation to make everything fit and look great without having to remove any of the backsplash tile. It was nice to have an installation crew who were very experienced and knowledgeable and had all the right tools and supplies to do the countertop installation and the plumbing to install both sinks. If I ever need this type of service in the future, I will definitely give them a call."

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
