He showed me the rubber flanges on all 4 exhaust pipes had deteriorated, and replaced them,and caulked the chimney and other areas which had similarly deteriorated. A week later, similar leak! I called the office and Carlos came out the next day and hosed down the roof, while he EXHAUSTIVELY rechecked the caulking, shingling, went into the attic to check the subroofing, etc. He finally fashioned some copper covers for the flanges as the only access point he/I could imagine based on the examination of everything else.
