"Job was done correctly. Team arrived 30 minutes later than 4 hour window. Although they did well there was a bit of a disconnect in communication, as only one person, (the foreman?) spoke any English but not very well. If I use them again in the future, I will insist on having a foreman with a strong command of the English language. After the job was done, I was presented with a certificate of completion indicating all the bullet points about the job that should have been reviewed prior to the work starting. None of these were reviewed. I will also be reviewing this with the vendor."

After years and years of using them, I can tell you that they are the best in town. The staff are prompt and professional, the cleaning job is always top-notch, the owner is easy to communicate with, and their rates are reasonable. The company provide and use their own green cleaning products within our home and I have always appreciated their eco-friendly approach as we suffer from many household allergies. He did a thorough inspection, and then told me what was needed, and had pictures from under my house to show me why. He was able to complete the installation that same day. They checked in with me every step of the way, from showing me the outside vent cover and choosing a color, to making sure that the washer and dryer were left in a position I was happy with. They were very polite and professional, and the materials they used seemed to be very high quality. I am pleased with the work, and would hire Vacman again."
